Returns & Refunds policy

• You are entitled to cancel your order prior dispatch. Order once dispatch will not be cancelled.

• You are entitled to exchange your product with in 7 days from the date of delivery but customer has to bear both side delivery charges. You can send the product for exchange via courier services of your choice or you can mail us on contact@aaafashiononline.in if you want AAA FASHION ONLINE arrange the pickup at your cost.

• Choose wisely before ordering any product such as color etc. as we provide only exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

• Date of delivery means the day when you receive the product either by our shipping partner or direct handover from us.

• The deadline for exchange an order is 7 days from the date of delivery of the goods received by either you or a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

• You can inform us on by e-mail contact@aaafashiononline.in regarding damage or defective product/exchange of goods within 7 days from the date of delivery. The delivery date will be included in 7 days period of exchange/return of goods.

• After 7 days from the date of delivery, any exchange or return will not be entertained.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The goods/products were purchased will be exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery. Any return will not be accepted except damaged product if we are unable to provide replacement with the same product.

Returning Goods for damaged product only

• If goods are in damaged condition and we don't have replacement of the same product then we will accept the return with conditions given below

• Goods must be returned with in 3 working days from the date of delivery.

• Goods must be in original packing and tags (Advice to make a video of the product when opening for easy and swift exchange only for damaged product).

• Whenever you receive a product kindly make a video of opening the product and thoroughly inspect the product for any damage or defect. We assure you a swift and hassle free exchange/return of the product without any extra charges.

• We will reimburse you no later than 15 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods (In case of damaged/defective product only). We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
